Subject: Budget

Assistant Chief Ferguson and Barrett are being paid Time&half Puls their regular pay to do a job they would not take in the first place. They are holding two jobs and we are laying off employees with Families And no more health insurance for there Children.
This is the worst managed City I have seen in a long time.The excues is it is cheaper to pay overtime.The fact is it is better to keep People working to inprove the economy.
Most of the laid off employees are City residents.
When will we get a City Manager and Council that can think out side the box.Overtime in this City is completly misused.at the expence of the lower paid employees.
I seen more police at the budget meeting then I ever seen
working the night shift,nice to see some new faces.
