Subject: but wait -- there's more!

Spectrum News: Boys & Girls Club is short $500,000. The Liberty Street building will revert back to the City if renovations aren't completed by end of 2023. Kevin White (Exec Dir) wants council to make an exception and let him sell the property to raise $$$ for expanding another site? evidently when the Club purchased the Grand St. building in 2016 they didn't realize the costs to renovate!

What am I missing? who's the CFO? where's this other site? Is it on Grand Street next to the hotel that can't get financing? hmmm
