Actually, I just heard about this Saturday. It gets really ugly. 30 races, destruction of park, the bike organization makes $25 from each contestant for each race. Downing Park and the city get $25.00!

Some people are already up in Albany trying to stop this mess.

Only in Newburgh!!!
