Even if it doesn't damage the grounds, is this appropriate use of the park? What kind of police overtime is involved? What about the cleanup? The DPPC may get some money, but are they going to compensate the police department, DPW and the taxpayer? What about limiting public use of the park for the entire weekend for a private, fee-based event?
