We need to hear from from the DPPC & the City of Newburgh
Government as to what the facts are. Is this event going to be a fiasco or will it bring some much needed positive attention to the city? How will the damage to the Park be repaired. Who pay for the repairs? Will the repairs be
done with proper integrity? Will there be enough sanitary
facilities? Who will clean up the litter, etc. after the event is over? Will there be enough parking? Will there be good security and who will pay for it? Do the promoters have enough liability insurance to cover any claims that may arise from this event, so the city &/or the park will
not get sued if there is a problem?
