Sure is curious why an event of this magnitude and scope hasn't been advertised in Newburgh at all. If someone didn't post this event here I wouldn't have heard of it- still haven't outside of this site. I also understand the police didn't even know about it as of this past Monday. Someone in City Hall who deals with permits said that no police are assigned to the event. Curiouser and curiouser...
