If for some reason we can't have this event at Downing Park. Me and all my bike friend will have nothing to do so we will get together and ride our bikes in the park anyway. Atleast at the event we will stay on the course instead of riding every where. RIDING BIKES IN A PUBLIC PARK IS NOT A CRIME!!!!
