Plain and simple. No longer do Newburgh officials control their city. Its all in the family now. Ms. Eberle, a Newburgh preservation officer, is also sanctioning the BMX race, as a member of DPPC. Newburgh is a very shocking, reckless environment. The City Council always has a public work session before they have their public meetings. It is time all people who treasure Downing Park attend, even if they are not allowed to speak tonight. Bring signs! PROTECT OUR PARK/KICK OUT THE DPPC
