Do you really think killing some grass is destroying the park? The grass dies every winter and if people are that conserned about it, they better find away to stop the snow because that is going to kill ALL the grass. Oh wait the city can't AFFORD IT! Every body wants to spend the cities money (witch it doesn't have) and very few are looking to make money for the city to get it out of the hole it's in.
