The DPPC is who made the park what it is today. Before them the park was rotting away! I am happy to see the park is atleast getting used no matter what why people want to use it as long as it does no get destroyed. KILLING SOME GRASS IS NOT DESTORYING THE PARK! Any one against a bicycle race in the park should be taken off the cities payrole because they are costing the city money and not promoting the city to bring more money in. I understand want the park was designed for but times change and we are in a bad spot as far as finances. Something has to be done. I feel many diff. types of events at the park is a good start. As long as there is no damage that mother nature can't fix.
