Question: The BMX group states that proceeds (doesn't state what percent) from their event will go to the DPPC. From the website publicizing the event: "Proceeds to benefit the Downing Park Restoration Fund".

Will the DPPC turn over proceeds to the city to help cover any and/or all costs of this event? As BMXers have already said, grass grows back. But who ultimately is going to fund city services for this bike event?
