Subject: City Manager Venning

Kudos to Mr. Venning. At last night’s City Council meeting during his update, he gave an excellent explanation of the cyclical reassessment process. This enhanced the presentation that Ms. Majewski and Ms Gaston gave at last Thursday’s workshop. In addition, and more importantly, it refuted the foolish mis-information that Mayor Harvey had spouted at last week’s work session. Kudos also to the City Council, which unanimously passed the resolution on the Cyclical Reassessment Plan and Aid. Mayor Harvey was noticeably and refreshingly absent from last night’s meeting, so no further misinformation on the subject was given to the public.
