Where was Corporation Counsel to advise them? You must be new here. Michele Kelson has been in that position for decades. She and her underlings are simply incompetent yet strike an attitude to cover up their idiocy. The position itself is a conflict of interest as we taxpayers are paying for it but there's no definitive line where they are representing the Council's, the corporation's and/or the public's interest. This simple position is responsible for years of brash, damaging decisions. But good luck with that discussion. The interests and the intelligence of such a dialogue could not occur with our current "representatives".
