Just goes to prove, "free" grant money is useless to help anything. There's no oversight. Stenciling dead people's names on boxes around trees, hosting a cookout, signing fools up for this hoax, how the hell does this prepare these people for anything? What about figuring out a way to get that 21-year-old some reliable transportation to get a job? What about polling the community about what they need as far as businesses? What about testing the public transportation system for reliability? This is pure bullshit care of Yaniyah, Alex, Decora, Vera! Grant prostitutes.
