Subject: WELOME TO A BANKRUPT CITY.......

How will a bankrupt city be able to support the salaries that these City Managers demand? We have only a 30 percent homeownership base with the rest being landlords or housing complexes.The CM is responsible to oversee the daily operations of the City, is this a six figure job?? Of course not, this city is in the worse condition that I have ever seen, it's beyond an election and miles from resolve. The City is not safe, the Waterfront is slowly deterioating and what happened to the end all development project? We will suffer the consequences for the irresponsible behavior and actions of the City Council. I can't afford to continue with ccnstant tax increases and the outcome beng worse than the last increase. I love this board because the truth is out there, it's unfortunate that we can't find a forum or vehicle to transpose this information where someone may have the influence to put the breaks on and investigate the shady dealings that we are paying for, I remain.
