7.6 million from uncollected taxes from the years 2005 thru 2009, I doubt that much is even outstanding and if people have failed to pay their taxes then what makes shorty believe they will pay now? We need the State to bail us out, theres no other way. I can't see anyone (bank etc.,) lending this City any money.
