Mr MAYOR, hindsight is 20-20 vision, we shoulda, WTF man! Let's list some of the shoulda's.

We shoulda recognized and prevented a sexual harassment law suit that paid out big bucks.

We shoulda kept up with Carcietta's folly and recognized a potential bank foreclosure which we co-signed.

We shoulda paid more attention to the shenanigans going on with the outrageous Court House expenses, What reason did McGrane have for using and depleting working funds rather than utilizing the full amount of the bond approved for the court house mandate?

We shoulda managed CDBG funds smarter.

We shoulda not hired do nothing department heads who NEGOTIATE their own salaries, which includes the latest string of City Managers.

WE the PEOPLE should have elected to office candidates who knew what was going on in this city and not allowed the HAS-BEENS to continue their free reign to further damage this city.

We Shoulda a long time ago elected the likes of Christine Bello and Mary ann Dickinson to office.

We the people who pay attention knew there were changes with regard to the make-up of the IDA, we kept asking when the new IDA would be seated; we were ignored and we SHOULDA kept the pressure on. Our lack of insistence helped Peter to rob the cookie jar and pay Paul, and then retire!

I'm sure there is more, but I'm COULDA,SHOULDA, HAD I, worn out. Now that the past suspicions are proven, we have to get out and vote on the 15th. Vote SMART, vote for who saw this coming and tried to avoid it! Vote for the team who recognized that the light at the end of the tunnel was a freight train coming directly at us.
