I think it was in one of the early power-points that mess JAM used to sham the public who hadn't quite yet gotten that she was deficient, hired deficient and supported deficient staff, mayor and council members to do her bidding. All hail Queen Jean. The bitch left us in quicksand, and her cronies used up any devices to free us.

Let the state take over the city, they can't do any worse.
