Subject: City of Newburgh BUDGET

This City needs a Taxpayer Group to go over the City Budget and enployee contacts,Four to six weeks vacations.overtime pay.payed twice for the same holiday.Employees that work from home,Dept heads using cars to go home.Unions making deals with the City Manager and a few Council members.this City needs a complete overhaul.We need local taxpayers to look at the BOOKS.If nothing is wrong then whats to hide.
