NYS Hudson Valley "representatives", bi-partisan, are now calling for a NYState Emergency to be declared. I really think people are completely clueless what this entails. Essentially, the 'State' has the ability to "manage" every facet of peoples' lives. The 'demic play action emboldened tptb more than ever. People either have the memory of a gnat or love their police state.
