This fiasco did manage to difuse the public's ticking attention from the underlining issue. However, absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. It doesn't take "deep dive" thinking to ask...where do people think all the people demanding sanctuary were going to be housed? The fact remains that the U.S. socioeconomic state is overwhelmed by a "controlled flow" system of unbridled immigration. It is a deliberate cost opportunity "displaced" on current and future U.S. citizens without the their consideration. As this circumstance is preventable, its continuance is negligent. As it continues, the overweighted costs to benefits becomes a mathematical certainty. Cui bono?
