You're correct. For justice to be blind, bail needs to be done away with. Otherwise only those with money will get out of being held until trial. Also police need to start arresting those who steal wages from employees and banksters and financial hucksters stealing from investors. Big box stores need to pay full taxes and only get breaks if they pay their employees livable wages so they don't need government subsidies to eat and pay rent. Polluters, like the military assholes(happy memorial day! support the troops!) who destroyed our water supply need to be arrested and held until they figure out a plan to pay for their crimes. Oh, hahaha, you're talking about POC who are poor. Nevermind, you mentioned "justice" so I ASSumed you were serious.
