All board members have a FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY with taxpayer money. We have NO faith or CREDIT in this current board and administration.

Contracts are being negotiated by some of the very people who benefit from the outcome...elected members on the board who are retired NECSD employees and or their family members who are getting enriching health and retirement benefits, sick pay, personal time, and reimbursed education costs. Oh, don't forget the benefits that extend to their families.

One teacher employee at last night's meeting complained they might have to work longer hours, pay a bit more for health insurance and attend some evening meetings if their contract was changed.. BOO HOOOOOOO! It sounds that some board members have some sense of fiscal responsibility.

Hopefully...????....this new board make-up will earn some of that FAITH AND CREDIT.
