Consider how many titles this board hands out -

Supervisor for Exceptional Learners 4 people
Asst. Superintendent, Exceptional Learners
Director, Exceptional Learners - 2 people
Director of Communications
Director of Grants
Director, Family and Community Engagement
Coordinator of Transportation
Director Information & Technology
Director, School Transformation Office
Director, Registration & Special Projects
Asst. Supt, Curriculum and Instruction Secondary

...Then there are those not listed - the chairs, co-chairs, and such and their clerical staff; secretaries and clerks.

And the list goes on including so-called directors with no title of responsibilities. As the salary of the super goes up so does the salaries of these title holders. Then the rest of the staff follows.
