We often think of slumlords as small operations with no respect for humanity and trying to squeeze every penny out of their tenants but this takes the cake.

Residents await word on condemned property

This is a sad situation and is made worse by the fact that the owner of the property management company is extremely well off. Harrison Grass is the grandson of the founder of Rite Aid. So, he's never had to suffer in his life.

He obviously doesn't reside here and gives no respect for our quality of life.
