Recently I spoke to law enforcement front line workers, "street cops" I am saddened by the info I have received. Im being told the street cops in one of the States highest crime areas are being told to focus on community members barbecuing in the street, ticket people parking in the Ann Street lot and do NOT co-operate with the District Attorney's office, or the County Task force, haven't seen a gambling raid or arrest in years, and to turn most everything over to the State Police and/or Sheriff's office. WOW!
