Subject: Newburgh’s Ranking

24/7 Wall Street just named Newburgh the worst place to live in the State of New York. One of the reasons cited was the violent crime rate which they say is triple the average of other NY communities. Are they using old data? The city government constantly says that the crime rate is down. If the city is right and 24/7 is wrong, the city needs to address this.
