Subject: Next Year, New and Improved River Front Festival

Rumor has it that the Water Front festival will be than ever next year because Reginous will not be in City office. Will this fall under major events? Courtney will get to show her talent (assumming that she has some) and the festival will no longer cost the city a fortune. Or perhaps the Arts committee should handle it?
