Mejia needs to be concerned. At the Monday evening City Council meeting she made a statement that was so “Working Families Party” mentality. She suggest that the workers should be included in the budgeting process. What is wrong with the system we have? Isn’t it the responsibility of the Department heads to know the needs of their departments? Can you imagine the turmoil this could create in the chamber where they are negotiating! There are levels of command, the fewer people included, mo betta productivity!
