Seems the Newburgh city government is living in a bubble, to which only what they say matters. Now that these facts have come to light, you would think they see the errors of their ways. Apparently spin is greater than truth on these council members, and the city manager. People with a pulse, and those that are literate, can see what is actually going on. You've been caught in a lie, that now has turned into a scandal. Instead of apologizing and cleaning up the egregious act, the continuance of lies keep permeating from their social media, and government responses.
