"This" critical moment? Are you joking? That's always the excuse. It's been a "critical" moment for over 50 years in this city because of bad city managers and the politics that pushed out the good ones. We have yet to have a city manager that will take on the school district for selling us a building they had documentation on that it was full of asbestos. We were set back $10million because of it. The drunkard city manager who negotiated that despicable blunder has the gall to still show up in our city for events.
