These idiots want to complain about "negativity"? What about how they welcome a new business that will change the face of downtown by immediately invoking a tax specifically on the business that this company is developing before there are even shovels in the ground? How about forcing residents to deal with even harsher parking fees and having the gall to allow a credit card fee when the meters won't even accept cash? BTW, Beacon handles parking like adults and doesn't charge for parking- yet somehow there is always parking available, has a free trolley up and down its Main Street- that is bustling with businesses and tourists and promotes its businesses. They are developing residences at a pace that Newburgh could only dream of because of its backwards "leadership". An example right across the river in front of their eyes.
