WTF you smoking? Are you suggesting that weed is more destructive than alcohol? We have several liquor stores in unregulated locations BTW and most of the city cliques are driven by alcohol. Where's your concern there? Weed has only been illegal as a racist ploy to go after anti-war and black citizens. It's simply another excuse to keep pigs employed to keep black people in check and the US in constant wars. If you know anything about the current system of weed distribution you would know that the customers in the city of Newburgh are from the surrounding towns who are constantly shitting on the city. How convenient.
