I make it a point to be as objective as possible in my comments, maintaining an indifference to feelings, e.g. "like or dislike", "hate". If a reader wants to extract that from my comment have at it. We all are welcome to express our own preference in a public forum, a counter expression is not dismissing it. The interpretation of my thought line of "knowing policy is to made in the context of my whole comment. I didn't dismiss its usefulness, in fact I deliberately stated... ""Knowing policy" has worth if it manifest as a skillset, which can be a double-edged sword depending on who wields it."
