OK, the only real regret she has is that they got caught. Ramona is not a newby on the council. From what Ms. Bello wrote, it looks like laws were broken. If the council doesn't know the law, where was corp. counsel to advise them, or was she shut down by the CM? This whole mess stinks and it's infuriating that we pick up the tab for this!
