You make a good point with never registering to vote before this election, however, Hines is invested in the community for many years vs a carpetbagger. Don't discount folks for not attending council meetings, many folks keep track via online video. Additionally, she has the right to due process. The investigation you refer to is made up of allegations yet to be proven. Oftentimes, the guiltiest shout the loudest. Not to mention Hines is highly educated. BTW have you checked the background of the one you refer to a the best one on the ballot. I'm always amazed at the low standards held by many in the electorate. If you don't expect much, you don't get much.
