What is his "own kind"?. I'm not a fan of Shakur, but I'm definitely no fan of you as well, speaking this color code, modern racist language. His "own kind", if you are referring to black 🖤 people, which I take it, you are, omari's own kind don't care for him as well. He is ignorant, shameless and distasteful at the least. To say his own kind needs to effectively censure him, means to have citizens as a whole, step up and get him out, all races together! He doesn't represent the black community as a whole, maybe a few. Newburgh voter turnout is trash, it's a who cares who is on the council, because they don't represent me. What person of color with sense, wants that as its representation?
I digress, Shakur's own kind, is his family and friends, which support his bullshit. A small but effective bunch, who knows how to grassroots organize voters to elect a pompus idiot. His own kind is a relatively obscure bunch, with ties in the community, with blind loyalty. Hopefully other people will run, and put his reign of ignorance to an end.
