Give him credit? He spoke before verifying. Why would anyone trust him? Seems the city is bending over backwards to deny it complicity in allowing this to continue for so long. Also the fact that "they didn't know they could do this" when Harry Porr- one of Newburgh's greatest city managers(who following his firing orchestrated by Taylor Recycling's* Jim Taylor for Porr's refusal to reject Taylor's plan to make Newburgh's waterfront a garbage transfer station for NYC's garbage-became the national chair of the ICMA)exhibits why once again having a monoparty in charge is a fools game.

*why people in the City of Newburgh continue to use this company for roll-offs is an insult to this city's existence. Fuck any of you who do this!
