Subject: Ignorance at its finest

After watching the last legislative meeting in Newburgh, I can only draw one conclusion. Shakur is an absolute idiot. He embodies that word in all of its meaning. Coming from someone who has been in Newburgh all there life, it angers me to see how someone of his low vibration, has gained a seat on such an important local governmental position. It leads me to think about the people who voted for him. Through his unhinged outbursts on the public at meetings, his profanity laced torrent on the Fire Department, which both of his siblings, and his Grandson was a part of. His national news debut, with his exchange with former Police officer Vasta. This man, if you want to call him that, has single handedly, misrepresented the community with his vulgar, unintelligible, and unintelligent mouth. I am ashamed he is a part of this community. His antics in the public eye, outweigh his community activism. It is almost as disingenuous as a beard, in a supposed heterosexual relationship. I digress, he also has a charlatan, who uses him as puppet, to do what he can't because of optics. This individual is Harvey. One thing is for certain, the Newburgh transplants, have taken this community for their own, due to this willful ignorance that is pervasive in this community, backing prodigal sons and daughters, merely due to community nepotism. Now, the soul of Newburgh has been routed, and in turn has been replaced by one that has no historical perspective of the past except for word of mouth and published literature. My writing of this tragedy, only speaks to my anger, and visceral contempt for the actions of a few, that fucked the whole! In closing, I pray for the future of this place I once called home.
