Mr. Venning had told the council that an interim City Manager would basically just sign what was necessary while he or she continued performing their regular job duties. Councilwoman Stewart believed that the Interim City Manager could delegate his or her regular job duties while acting as the City Manager on a more full time basis. Perhaps Mr. Morris will end up somewhere between those two extremes.
