I first would like to begin in thanking the Newburgh Advocate for the valuable community service they have provided during this controversy. Now I can issue my opinion without interference of e-mails jamming my in-box, phone calls, and neighborly discussion on the subject. While watching the video I found Ms. Bello thoughful, concise and to the point. While I may not always agree with her, I do expect from each council member and the Mayor public discussion, disagreements, questions, and research on different subjects.

After viewing the video and listening to all the members of council speak, I find those who have requested my assistance to forward Mr. Douglas a letter of support cannot substainated my signature to their cause. I ask those to view and listen to the video and make your own decision and not be influenced by third parties.
