Leyland Charette, Roger"Pinocchio" Woods working during the ching-ding. Hooks up with Leyland, he buys a home on Clinton St., Hooks up with close neighbor and potential council candidate the Mejias. Works for Mejia campaign. Infiltrates the Lyceum group, gathers a couple of folks for street clean-up and promotes Mejia campaign, gets name and picture in local rag. Meanwhile, he's chewing on DD ear for the defunct Carchietta property, which the city has taken back as well as the upcoming city property auction. DD thinks he's so smart, he appoints him to the Planning Board, checkmate Leyland has another of their puppets seated. He keeps chewing on DD's ear, to have Jerry Maldonado named Director of Economic and Planning. However C. Bello is in Leyland's/Mejia/Maldonado/Bell/Woods way, for them to conquer the world!
