Leyland is looking to buy the property, and follow in the same footsteps as others: sit on it and then flip-it. Why is it the city has a pending ordinance "to discontinue a non-conforming use from 6 months to 30 months"? It means you can leave your shell property, vacant property sit on it, with no obligation to do any work and flip-it 3 years later. Roger, part of meeting conversation you are having with DD?
