Douglas specifically said they'd be issuing an RFQ - it's certainly not hitting the auction block, although I suppose the city could ask for "bids" from the chosen few.

"Insist the city put in a clause..." HA, HA, HA, that's a good one. Lotta good that did with Carchietta. How long ago was that supposed to be all done? Hmmm? And who asked if we were going to sue over this, only to be told, NOPE by those now departed department heads?

Mr/Ms Green, you also seem to be naive to the rampant city practice of "having plans" for properties. You can't just buy something, even if it's for sale, and you have a lot of money and good ideas. Not in Newburgh.
