There's already a long history of non-enforcement- and rare selective enforcement- on any of these laws. Remember the property on Catherine Street that the city was proceeding to take back from Kartiganer when JAM tried to make some sort of deal? Did the city ever complete that process? How many other properties languish from the same lack of enforcing timetables? 30 days, 6 months, 3 years, it won't matter because it's rarely enforced. From where I stand, I see them setting up a scenario where there's selective accountability- know the right people, pay off the right people.
