I spoke with Carol at the Board of Elections. Apparently the HTML page is not as up-to-date as the XLS doc (updated yesterday.) http://www.orangecountygov.com/documentView.asp?docID=6114

They are going to fix it.

Cracolici & Dickinson have been ruled invalid by Mejia on the Democratic line. That leaves them with the Republican, Conservative, and Independent lines.
