Yes to all of the above. I do recall the discussion on removing the property and using it for the park. What happened, a code issue, lapse of memory or SNAFU?
Oh woe is me, who do you trust? Surely not more of the same. The Mayor is indicating Mejia is his preference, more of the same old, same old! Oh how I long for Bowels and Boone and McKenna, they would fix this city.
