Are you telling me the gang that couldn't shoot straight thought they were unloading a liability on the greatest organization in the world, the NCAC for 1$? Then some how the building appreciated because the NCAC discovered asbestos and miscelaneous toxins, then we the people, represented by our city council bought this treasure back from them for only $149,000. Something is missing here, no one would believe that! Is it because McGrane believed the NCAC was an integral party of Newburgh's developement? Two more outsiders leading us down the path of desrtruction.
