Not to slander a slanderer, but Harvey is something else, his demeanor and comments speak volumes of his character. Hopefully, when his term is at its end, a new individual will replace him. I saw the council meeting, when he became unhinged, threatened a city employee and resident. He represents what city government is, dysfunction. Shakur needs to give him some etiquette lessons 😂. In all seriousness, when the heat is on he defers comment, and says he "doesn't run the day to day in the city", well his mouth would lead you to think otherwise! You would think we have a stroke ng Mayor system, but we don't! We have a city manager who hides behind this smoke cloud of egotistical council members, while he does his wizard of oz thing. Venning is a smart guy, but detached from urban reality. This shit is going to blow up in their faces!
