Subject: Computer parking

How about the people that live 0n Broadway and the people that work on Broadway, Thay pay rent and that curb is part of the property Thay rent.so Do you pay to park on your street? council members have free parking sticker some city employees have cards for free parking. Will the City pay for loss of costumers when Thay go to the mall without worrying about a ticket or someone stealing the card.
